We have tried many different themes for Flight Night, including just about every wine region in the world. This week's Flight Night theme is very simple. We call it Favorites! Come in Wednesday evening and try four wines (1 white and 3 red) that Ross thinks are delicious. Included will be the best 2007 Chateauneuf du Pape he has tasted! Since this will be the last Flight Night until March 24th, we promise this will be a line-up of wines worthy of this theme. We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Reservations recommended for groups of 5 or more. Remember, flight night consists of 4 half-pours....(it's like 2 full glasses!).
