hey guys!
this weekend im having some friends over for dinner and im going to try to grill some salmon (quite adventerous!). do you have any recommendations for wine that would go with grilled salmon?

Maggie: I recommend Pinot Noir from Oregon with salmon if you are looking for a red. They tend to be expensive. You could also try Beaujolais if you can find 2005. NOT Nouveau! For whites I recommend wines from the Loire Valley. Cheverny is a good sub-region to look for. Don't over cook the salmon!
